- Serena Masa Mara – Wonderful setting overlooking the Mara River, the vistas are amazing. This is one of the absolute best places to be during the wildebeest migration. The proximity of the river is great since you stand an excellent chance of seeing the wildebeest when they actually cross the river -- run the gauntlet of crocodiles. Plus, the accommodation is well appointed and blends well into the hillside. As is the case at all the Serena properties the food is great and service is excellent.
