You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of our ability to provide a personalized experience for you. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our website, and communicating with you.

Delivery Policy

Ordering an item from African Safari and Travel Advisor.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will notify you by e mail if that affects you.

Delivery Time

Most items are informational and thus can be delivered by e mail.When you place an order for other items, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will be sent to you via email or appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from African Safari and Travel Advisor.com that can't be delivered electronically depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or dollar.

Returns Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

For safari services - here is the refund policy (subject to foreign exchange fluctuations & less bank fees or credit card fees):

a. 91 days before use, 100% of total cost will be refunded;b. 90-45 days, 75% of total cost will be refunded;c. 44-31 days, 25% of total cost will be refunded;d. 30 days and less, no refund.

In addition there is a $250 non refundable cancellation fee.
